Build strength and muscle in a supportive outdoor environment with my strength & hypertrophy group sessions. Designed for up to four participants, these sessions focus on progressive overload and effective resistance training using bodyweight, free weights, and functional movements. Whether you're looking to gain muscle, improve endurance, improve strength or enhance overall fitness, you'll get expert coaching and a structured program to help you progress safely and efficiently—all while training in the fresh air.
